On 28 September, the Supervisory Board and members of the Management Board of JSC "NNEGC "Energoatom" held a joint strategic session facilitated by KPMG, with members participating from Kyiv and Warsaw. The main aim of the meeting was to integrate new members of the Supervisory Board and to conduct a detailed analysis of the Company’s current situation, its portfolio of investment projects and external challenges.
Key topics of discussion:
• Safety and resilience: ensuring the reliable operation of nuclear facilities and improving operational efficiency under martial law;
• Finance and investment: assessing financial capabilities and overcoming investment constraints;
• Planning: developing Energoatom’s Strategic Plan for 2027–2031;
• Human capital: social development, retaining critical skills and supporting workforce potential.
The joint efforts of the Company’s governing bodies are aimed at ensuring transparency in corporate governance, as well as the sustainable and dynamic development of Ukraine’s nuclear power generation sector.
