The organization of work with notifications about possible facts of offenses against the corruption law and corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “About Prevention of Corruption” is carried out at JSC NNEGC “Energoatom” in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “About Prevention of Corruption” and the Company's Anti-Corruption Program.
Submission of reports (including anonymous ones) about possible facts of offenses against the corruption law and corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “About Prevention of Corruption” is carried out through the Unified portal of whistleblowers’ notifications*, which is open for 24/7 access, as well as the Company's internal channels:
– special telephone line: (044) 277-79-47 (from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday - Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on Friday);
– electronic communication channel: “Confidence Box” for e-mails [email protected] (messages are received around the clock);
– individual reception by the Authorized Person for anti-corruption activities - head of the department for ensuring activities in the field of corruption prevention, reception schedule: Tuesday, Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (preliminary appointment by phone: (044) 277-79-47).
The notification should contain actual data confirming the possible commission of offenses against the corruption law and corruption-related offenses by the Company's employee(s), or other verifiable violations of the Law of Ukraine “About Prevention of Corruption”.
Preliminary consideration of the notification shall be carried out within ten working days from the day of its entry into the Unified portal of whistleblowers’ notifications*.
If during the preliminary review of the notification it is established that such a notification does not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “About Prevention of Corruption”, its further review shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure determined for consideration of citizens' appeals, and the person who made the report shall be informed about that.
If during the preliminary consideration of the notification it is established that it does not belong to the competence of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, further consideration of such a notification shall be terminated, and the person who made the report shall be informed about that, with a simultaneous explanation of the competence of the body or legal entity authorized to conducting a review or investigation of the facts stated in the notification.
The person who made the notification is provided with detailed information about the results of the preliminary review, as well as the disciplinary proceedings (if those were conducted) within three days from the date of completion of the relevant review or proceedings.
* The Unified portal of whistleblowers’ notifications is an information and telecommunications system that has a comprehensive information protection system with confirmed compliance in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “About Protection of Data in Information and Telecommunications Systems”, which provides data exchange with the whistleblower via Internet, collection, storage, use, protection, accounting, search, summarization of whistleblowers’ reports, as well as other information, including the data about the status of whistleblowers, the status and results of consideration of whistleblower reports.
