Dear Ukrainians,
Today, on the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, we bow our heads in deep respect to honor the memory of the courageous Ukrainians and citizens of other countries who gave their lives for the freedom, dignity, and European future of Ukraine during the Revolution of Dignity.
The events took place on Kyiv’s Independence Square (Maidan Nezalezhnosti), as well as in many cities across the country, became a turning point in Ukraine’s modern history. It was then that the Ukrainian people demonstrated to the entire world their indomitable spirit, unity, and determination to defend the right to live in a free and democratic state. The Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred paid the ultimate price for that.
For the staff of NNEGC “Energoatom”, this day is not only about remembrance, but also about responsibility. Through our daily work, we strengthen the country’s energy resilience, independence, and security. Amid russia’s brutal war against Ukraine, we feel especially strong that our professional mission is an integral part of the collective struggle for the freedom and future of our nation.
The feat of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred will forever remain a moral guide for us. Their sacrifice reminds us that dignity, freedom, and sovereignty require daily protection, unity, and responsible work.
