On June 28, 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Constitution. Three decades ago, this document enshrined the sovereignty, territorial integrity, rights, and freedoms of humans, as well as the strategic course of our state.
Currently, the Constitution is not just the Basic Law. It is what Ukrainians defend every day on the battlefield, in hospitals, at enterprises, and in the energy sector. It is our right to live in a free country, to independently determine our future, and to build a strong state.
For the Energoatom team, respect for the Constitution is a daily responsibility. We provide the country with electricity, maintain the resilience of the energy system, and support the operation of the economy, defense industry, and critical infrastructure. Even in the most challenging times, nuclear employees remain at their working places, fulfilling their mission to the state and Ukrainian people.
I sincerely congratulate everyone on Constitution Day of Ukraine! I wish every Ukrainian family peace, prosperity, confidence in tomorrow, and the earliest possible Victory. May our state be strong, free, and successful, and may the Constitution continue to serve as a reliable foundation for its development.
Happy holiday! Glory to Ukraine!
