Energoatom paid over UAH 141 billion for the PSO service in the first seven months of 2026

The Company continues to bear the key financial burden within the social tariff support system. Owing to NNEGC contributions, the state is able to maintain electricity tariffs for millions of Ukrainian households at a level below market rates.

In the first seven months of 2026, the Company paid UAH 141 billion 448 million (VAT included) for the PSO service. There is no outstanding debt to JSC “Guaranteed Buyer” for the PSO service.

Overall, during the years of russia’s war against Ukraine, from 2022 to 2025, Energoatom paid more than UAH 528.9 billion (VAT included) for the PSO service, including:

•    in 2022 – UAH 79 billion 178 million; 
•    in 2023 – UAH 127 billion 993 million; 
•    in 2024 – UAH 153 billion 184 million; 
•    in 2025 – UAH 168 billion 546 million.
