Improvement and development of Energoatom personnel is a continuous process

On November 12, the Head Office of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” held another stage of report defense within the framework of the implementation of the General Program for Training and Development of Talent Pipeline.

This time, the program participants, Energoatom employees, proposed new ideas for improving various areas of the company activities. In particular, they reported on the following topics:

   • improvement of the process of developing and approving schedules with subsequent online control;
   • digitalization of protocols based on the results of metal inspection;
   • increase of walkdown deficiency by implementing a walkdown automation system;
   • improvement of radwaste management processes by implementing an integrated RW management system at JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”.

As a reminder, the senior management talent pipeline includes representatives from Energoatom affiliates (RNPP, ZNPP, KhNPP, SUNPP, STC, and AEM) and the Head Office of the joint-stock company. Two additional similar events are planned for November 2025.

In 2026, the next stage of staff development from the senior management talent pipeline of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” is planned. In particular, internships at the company's affiliates and participation in training seminars are expected.
