On September 12, the expanded meeting of representatives of the employer and the Trade Union Committee of the Primary Trade Union Organization of NNEGC "Energoatom" was held. The results of the implementation of the Collective Agreement for the first six months of 2025 were summarized there.
NNEGC Executive Director for Human Resources Bohdan Shmyhelskyi attended the meeting as a representative of Energoatom administration. In his speech, he briefed the participants on current situation and social policy of the Company.
Based on the results of the first six months, NNEGC managed to successfully complete the autumn and winter period as well as immediately start a repair campaign; it will allow it to be qualitatively prepared for the 2025-2026 heating season.
The Company keeps on supporting employees who had risen to the defense of Ukraine, providing them with all the necessary things to perform combat missions.
The main priority of the Company and the trade union remains the preservation of the work team – the basis for the safe and steady operation of Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
