Energoatom’s personnel recognizes Collective Agreement for 2025 as fulfilled

On March 19, a conference the JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” personnel was held to review the implementation of the Collective Agreement over the past year.

Pavlo Kovtonyuk, the head of Energoatom, reported on the company’s performance in 2025, outlined key projects for the current year, and highlighted the challenges facing the company under martial law.

“Our team has demonstrated high-quality performance, as evidenced by relevant results. These achievements allow us to ensure the full implementation of the Collective Agreement. I am confident that we will continue to work side by side, maintaining stable and safe electricity production,” stated Acting CEO of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom.”

The conference was also attended by Bohdan Shmyhelskyi, Energoatom Executive Director for Human Resources; Serhii Snitkov, Head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”; and Valerii Matov, Head of the Atom Trade Union. They emphasized the productivity of their cooperation and constructive dialogue aimed at protecting labor rights and enhancing social guarantees for employees.

Participants of the conference acknowledged that the top priority for both the company and the trade union remains the preservation of the workforce – the foundation for the safe and reliable operation of Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
