Consulting assistance call center of Energoatom has processed over 31 thousand requests

Since October 2022, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” has been constantly operating the for advisory assistance call center for Energoatom employees who are in temporarily occupied territories or have left those.

Specialists of Collective Agreement Regulation and Social Issues Department of Energoatom Executive Directorate for Personnel, together with specialists of the Zaporizhzhia NPP, have reviewed more than 31 thousand requests and provided answers to almost 34 thousand questions received by phone and e-mail. Moreover, significant volumes of requests have been received via messengers, although these are not included in the general statistics.

The most common questions concerned:

   • vacation formalization – almost 17 thousand requests;

   • personnel issues, provision of work certificates – almost 5.5 thousand requests;

   • financial aspects – over 3.5 thousand requests;

   • employment – over 700 requests.
