Energoatom continues to consistently cooperate with the Defense Forces of Ukraine and assist military units in obtaining the necessary equipment to perform combat missions.
On June 17, military staff of the 429th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade “ACHILLESS” received specialized equipment purchased with funds from Energoatom’s Public Organization “Guards of Light” with the assistance of the Charitable Foundation “Recovery Strategy for Ukraine”. The nuclear employees also handed over industrial kitchen equipment to the defenders to set up a fully functioning catering point.
Pavlo Kovtoniuk, the head of Energoatom, emphasized that meeting the requests of the Ukrainian military is carried out by NNEGC on a permanent basis, and the company team is actively involved in this process.
“Supporting our defenders has become an integrated part of Energoatom’s activities. We are constantly in touch with the military, we understand their needs, and we support in providing things necessary for the execution of combat missions. For us, it is important not just to hand over aid, but to be a reliable support for those who protect Ukraine very day,” Pavlo Kovtoniuk noted.
For his part, the head of logisrics of the 429th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade “ACHILLES”, Captain Oles Maliarevych, expressed gratitude to the team of Energoatom and the volunteers of the Public Organization “Guards of Light” for their systematic support and prompt response to the needs of the unit.
As a reminder, on February 18, 2026, Energoatom and the 429th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade “ACHILLES”, signed a memorandum of cooperatioin. The document, in particular, provides for supplying the unit with modern equipment and specialized machinery.
