During a meeting with representatives of Energoatom, Oleh Hryhorov, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, expressed gratitude for the ongoing support, particularly for the “Flame of Life” center:
“We are grateful to the company for its compassion and assistance, directed first and foremost toward the residents of the Sumy region, who are doing everything around the clock for our victory. Our cooperation with Energoatom is effective—this is not our first project together, but rather a systematic effort. We have a transparent relationship and clearly understand why we are doing this,” said Oleh Hryhorov.
Olena Donchuk, head of the public organization “Guards of Light,” noted that a memorandum of cooperation has been signed between Energoatom and the Sumy Regional Military Administration, under which the company’s employees are helping to meet the region’s essential needs:
“The Sumy region is under enemy shelling every day, so support for local burn centers is extremely important. We understand how crucial it is to provide doctors with equipment to save lives, especially in border regions where the burden on medical staff is enormous,” emphasized Olena Donchuk.
Vladymyr Horokh, Director of the Sumy Regional Clinical Hospital, noted that doctors at the burn center in Sumy have received state-of-the-art equipment that meets the highest European standards:
“Due to the new equipment, doctors at the ‘Flame of Life’ center will be able to apply advanced global treatment methods, which is particularly important given the growing number of patients suffering from the consequences of military operations.”
During the handover of the equipment, representatives of Energoatom familiarized themselves with the conditions for treating patients at the burn center and discussed issues related to further assistance.
