Energoatom has been named among Ukraine’s ten best employers for 2025, as selected by an independent panel of HR experts. According to The Page, the rating was conducted in a “blind” format – without mentioning the names of the companies, and that ensured the most unbiased result.
Energoatom is one of the largest employers in the country: the company provides jobs for almost 30 thousand highly qualified specialists, including engineers, operators, scientists, safety and maintenance staff. The company’s economic impact also extends to NPP satellite towns, where the nuclear sector operation determines the development of local communities.
63 companies applied to participate in the rating, but only ten of those were included in the final list.
In addition to its key role in ensuring energy security, Energoatom remains one of the largest financial donors to the state.
At year-end, it is planned to allocate UAH 42.2 billion to the state and local budgets, confirming its status as one of the main contributors to the budget and financial pillars of the state.
The company consistently fulfills its financial obligations to the state and society, ensuring not only the safe and uninterrupted operation of Ukrainian NPPs, but also supporting the country's financial stability.
