In 2025, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” continues to fulfill its public service obligations in full to ensure the affordability of electricity for household consumers (PSO). This tool is designed to alleviate the financial burden on Ukrainian families and reduce their energy costs.
As of the start of the year, Energoatom has already paid UAH 87.6 billion (including VAT) for the PSO service. In particular, 100% of the service cost for January–June 2025 and 83% of the forecasting cost for July were covered.
According to the draft financial plan of JSC “NNEGC ”Energoatom", the forecast cost of the PSO service in 2025 is UAH 163.9 billion (including VAT).

As a reminder, in 2024, Energoatom paid UAH 153.184 billion (including VAT) for the PSO service.
