On April 11, 2025, a reporting conference of the labour collective of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” was held.
According to the results of 2024, the Company exceeded the electricity production plan (102.8%) and almost reached 100% capacity factor in the autumn and winter period.
More than half of the electricity generated in Ukraine last year was the operation of nuclear power plants.
In 2024, Energoatom allocated about UAH 2 billion for social development. The Company supports employees who have risen to the defense of Ukraine: currently, about 1,000 NNEGC specialists serve in the Defense Forces. Energoatom continues to pay salaries, helps cover necessary needs and provides support in recovery.
Moreover, NNEGC fulfills all obligations regarding social benefits specified in the Collective Labour Agreement.
At the conference meeting, main task of the Company was confirmed: retaining the workforce, which is the key to the safe operation of domestic NPPs. The Collective Agreement for 2024 was recognized as fully implemented.
