The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the 2025 financial and economic performance results for JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, reaffirming the company’s pivotal role as one of the state budget’s largest contributors.
According to Energoatom’s 2025 annual report – which includes separate and consolidated financial statements along with an independent auditor’s report – the company’s net profit reached UAH 18.69 billion. From this total, 50% (UAH 9.34 billion) will be allocated to dividend payments to the state budget, further bolstering the country’s financial stability.
The company to fund its operation in alignment with its statutory objectives will retain the remaining 50% of the profit.
A dedicated Government resolution has outlined the dividend payment procedure, stipulating that Energoatom will transfer the funds to the state budget in stages throughout 2026.
Thus, Energoatom continues to demonstrate its leadership not only in electricity generation but also as a cornerstone of the national economy under martial law.
