In 2025, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” keeps on fully fulfilling its special obligations to ensure the availability of electricity for household consumers (PSO). This mechanism is aimed at reducing the financial burden on Ukrainian families so that the cost of electricity for the population remains lower.
Since the beginning of the year, Energoatom has paid UAH 78.8 billion (VAT included) for the PSO service. In particular, 100% of the service fee for January-May 2025 and 80% of the forecast fee for the PSO service for June 2025.
According to the draft financial plan of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, the projected cost of the PSO service is UAH 163.9 billion (VAT included) in 2025.
As a reminder, in 2024, Energoatom paid UAH 145 billion 356 million (VAT included) for the PSO service.
