JSC "NNEGC "Energoatom”, in line with its principles of social responsibility and industry human resource development, has handed over a 12 kW gasoline generator to Kyiv Energy Vocational College. This initiative was carried out in cooperation with the NNEGC “Energoatom” Trade Union and the NGO “Ukrainian Nuclear Society”.
Ensuring the continuity of the educational process is of fundamental importance to the company, as this institution trains junior bachelors in nuclear energy.
“For Energoatom, human capital development is a strategic priority. That is why the company pays special attention to supporting educational institutions that train the next generation of nuclear professionals. The Kyiv Energy Vocational College is a key link in the training of highly qualified personnel, and ensuring high-quality and uninterrupted education here is of critical importance,” noted Bohdan Shmyhelskyi, Executive Director for Human Resources at JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom.
The donated generator will allow the college to operate stably even during power outages, ensuring the functioning of laboratories and the conduct of hands-on training.
Energoatom will continue to implement projects aimed at developing education and building a talent pool for Ukraine’s nuclear energy sector.
