Energoatom continues to maintain a high level of social benefits, providing employees with opportunities for quality rest and treatment. The Primary Trade Union Organization of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” purchased state-of-the-art medical equipment for the Rivne NPP health care center to treat and rehabilitate plant workers.
The new medical equipment includes modern devices for physiotherapy procedures designed to treat and rehabilitate the musculoskeletal system, joints, circulatory system, and internal organs. The total cost of the equipment is 9 million UAH.
“The development of social infrastructure in satellite towns and caring for employees’ health are constant priorities of Energoatom’s social policy. Modern medical equipment will allow Rivne nuclear power professionals to undergo treatment and rehabilitation more quickly and effectively,” emphasized Energoatom head Pavlo Kovtonyuk.
Serhii Snitkov, Chairman of Energoatom’s Trade Union Organization, noted that the transfer of new equipment to the RNPP health care center would raise the standard of medical care for staff to a completely new level.
“Atomic Trade Union will continue to work on modernizing the company’s health resorts, sports, and cultural facilities to create decent conditions for the health improvement and leisure of our specialists,” said Snitkov.
Given the increased workload in the energy sector, maintaining employees' physical and mental health is a key priority for the company.
