The event was attended by Energoatom Executive Director for Human Resources Bohdan Shmyhelskyi, Deputy Directors General for Human Resources of four Ukrainian NPPs, University management, and professors of Department of Thermal Power Engineering, Thermal and Nuclear Power Plants, as well as students.
The parties discussed the implementation of a dual form of education, involving the conclusion of tripartite agreements between the University, the student and the Company. This format allows students to undergo internships directly at the nuclear power plant, which significantly increases their chances of future employment. In addition, grants for the most successful students were discussed.
During the meeting, nuclear employees actively communicated with young people, discussed employment conditions in the industry and career development.
Energoatom confirms its readiness for further cooperation with Lviv Polytechnic University, aimed at training for a new generation of highly qualified specialists for the Ukrainian nuclear energy sector.
