NNEGC “Energoatom” has joined the government program to establish Points of Invincibility. The first centers set up with the company’s support have already started operating in Kyiv. One of them was opened through the efforts of specialists of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” affiliate – SS “Emergency Technical Center” to assist residents of the capital during prolong power outages caused by massive russian missile attacks. Similar points will soon be opened in other districts of Kyiv.

The first tent has been installed at 17 Andriia Malyshka Street, Kyiv, near the Darnytsia metro station.

This point is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including lighting, power sockets, water supplies, and hot drinks. Visitors can warm up, charge mobile devices, access the Internet, and rest. Specialists of Emergency Technical Center are on duty 24/7, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the equipment.

Executive Director for Human Resources of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” Bohdan Shmyhelskyi emphasizes that the establishment of Points of Invincibility will become part of Energoatom’s systematic efforts to support the population and prepare for potential energy challenges. In the near future, similar points will also be opened in other districts of the capital.

“Energoatom not only generates electricity using its existing capacities, but also fulfils an important social function. We have the ability to deploy Points of Invincibility and gradually expand their network. During this difficult period, we support both the population and our employees,” Bohdan Shmyhelskyi notes.

Despite the challenging security situation, nuclear energy workers continue to ensure the reliable operation of critical infrastructure and provide assistance to people in the most difficult moments.
