On March 9, a reporting conference of the Trade Union Committee of the primary trade union organization of the Head Office of NNEGC “Energoatom” and a conference of the labor collective of the Head Office and affiliates – “SS “Administrative Department,” “SS “Scientific and Technical Center,” “SS “Energoatom Trading,” “SS “Centralized Procurement,” and “SS “Atomprojectengineering” – were held. The main topic of the event was to summarize the implementation of the Collective Employment Agreement over the past year, with outcomes that confirmed the company's stability and social responsibility.
According to the results of 2025, Energoatom exceeded its electricity production plan (100.8%) and almost reached 100% of the installed capacity utilization rate in the autumn-winter period.
According to Executive Director for Human Resources Bohdan Shmyhelskyi, during 2025, Energoatom paid UAH 168.5 billion for the PSO service, ensuring affordable electricity prices for Ukrainians. Due to the professionalism of nuclear power workers, the scheduled maintenance of power units was reduced by 28 days, which provided additional capacity for the country's power system.
A separate report on the activities of the Trade Union of the Head Office of NNEGC “Energoatom” was heard. The Head of the Trade Union, Hanna Zayets, reported that more than 50% of the trade union budget in 2025 was allocated to financial assistance: medical treatment, restoration of damaged property, support for wounded military personnel, and provision of the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Following the discussion, the work of the Head Office Trade Union Committee for 2025 was deemed satisfactory, and all points of the Collective Employment Agreement were deemed to have been fulfilled.
