On February 25, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution to renew the composition of the Supervisory Board of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”. Upon the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, Dariia Marchak was appointed as the state representative to the Supervisory Board.
The personnel change follows the termination of the mandate of Serhii Sukhomlyn, who stepped down from the Board on his own initiative.
The Supervisory Board was formed in accordance with corporate governance procedures through the Nomination Committee, whose activities are coordinated by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine. In addition to representatives of the Ministry of Economy, the Committee includes representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Energy, as well as non-voting independent observers from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the EU Delegation to Ukraine, and the Business Ombudsman Council of Ukraine.
Dariia Marchak currently serves as Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine. She has extensive experience in public finance, strategic planning, and implementation of institutional reforms.
