The Energoatom team is deeply proud of its colleagues who have taken up arms to defend Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, nearly one thousand of the company’s specialists have been serving in the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
From the very first days of mobilization, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” has consistently supported the employees who joined the Armed Forces: the company continues to pay them the average monthly salary and guarantees them job retention, awaiting for their return after Ukraine’s victory. In 2022-2025, Energoatom has allocated more than UAH 1.2 billion in salary payment to mobilized specialists.
Unfortunately, war brings losses, taking away both health and life. In order to support wounded employees, those who became disabled, and the families of fallen nuclear workers, Energoatom, jointly with the trade union, provides financial assistance based on a valid document. As of the end of 2025, a total amount of such support reached UAH 110.03 million.
