Information Notice Regarding the Competition for the Position of Management Board Member for Project Development at JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”
JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” announces the termination of the competitive selection process for the position of Management Board Member for Project Development at JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” in accordance with the decision of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
The decision relates to further enhancing the Management Board structure and clarifying the allocation of responsibilities among its members. In particular, the Supervisory Board has identified the need to strengthen Management Board-level capabilities in nuclear and radiation safety, independent internal oversight, and assurance of compliance with relevant safety requirements.
Accordingly, the structure and profiles of certain Management Board positions will be reviewed and adjusted. Information on the approved changes, as well as the launch of a new competitive selection process, will be announced separately after the Supervisory Board adopts the relevant decisions.
