Announcement of the supplementary selection for the position of Risk Management Department Head, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”
The Supervisory Board of Joint Stock Company “National Nuclear Energy Generating Company “Energoatom” (JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, the Company) announces a supplementary competitive selection for the position of Risk Management Department Head.
Conditions of work:
• the annual salary of Risk Management Department Head, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” starts from UAH 1,320,000;
• employment conditions: full-time.
Requirements for a candidate for the position of Risk Management Department Head:
• a citizen of Ukraine, a foreigner or a stateless person with full civil legal capacity;
• a complete higher education in the field of management/administration or economics, finance, banking, or law;
• experience in management positions in business entities of the state and/or private sector of the economy and/or in the civil service (equal service) in Ukraine, and/or in companies abroad for at least five years in the field of risk management or related activities (compliance, anti-corruption activities and/or risk management);
• knowledge of the Laws of Ukraine “On the Use of Nuclear Energy and Radiation Safety”, state and international standards in the field of internal control and risk management;
• fluency in the state and English language at least at the Intermediate (B1) level;
• absence of:
- citizenship and/or tax residency and/or permanent residence in a state that is/was carrying out armed aggression against Ukraine within the meaning of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Defense of Ukraine”, national/international special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) applied to such a person or the person is not the ultimate beneficial owner of a legal entity to which such sanctions have been applied;
- outstanding or unexpired criminal record, ban on holding relevant positions or engaging in relevant activities;
- a court decision that has entered into legal force on bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of anti-corruption legislation, legislation on public procurement, on financial services, banking, currency legislation, legislation on financial monitoring, legislation on capital markets and organized commodity markets, legislation on joint-stock companies;
- conflict of interest within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On Joint-Stock Companies” or in case of a possibility of resolving such a conflict of interest in the manner prescribed by Chapter V of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.
To participate in the selection of a candidate for the position of Risk Management Department Head, the following documents shall be submitted:
- application for participation in the selection for the relevant position;
- obligation to maintain confidential information;
- written consent to the processing of personal data;
- curriculum vitae;
- motivation letter justifying interest in the position and vision of personal contribution to the development of the Company.

Conditions of work:
• the annual salary of Compliance Department Head, JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” starts from UAH 1,320,000;
• employment conditions: full-time.
Requirements for a candidate for the position of Compliance Department Head:
• a citizen of Ukraine, a foreigner or a stateless person with full civil legal capacity;
• a complete higher education in the field of management/administration or economics, finance, banking, or law;
• experience in management positions in business entities of the state and/or private sector of the economy and/or in the civil service (equal service) in Ukraine, and/or in companies abroad for at least five years in the field of compliance or related activities (anti-corruption activities and/or risk management);

• employment conditions: full-time.
Requirements for a candidate for the position of Internal Audit Department Head:
• a citizen of Ukraine, a foreigner or a stateless person with full civil legal capacity;
• a complete higher education in the field of management/administration or economics, finance, banking, or law;
• experience in management positions in business entities of the state and/or private sector of the economy and/or in the civil service (equal service) in Ukraine, and/or in companies abroad for at least five years in one or more of the following fields: auditing, accounting, economics, finance;
• knowledge Laws of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting”, “On Audit of Financial Reporting and Auditing Activities”, auditing, principles, approaches and procedures of auditing, principles of management, including corporate, and understanding of Global Internal Auditing Standards;
• fluency in the state and English language at least at the Intermediate (B1) level;
